The Nebraska Senior Games is event for men and women over the age of 50 to participate in a wide variety of sports.
The City of Kearney Park and Recreation Department and Kearney Visitors Bureau work together to coordinate the event; which has been hosted in Kearney since 1989. The Nebraska Senior Games has been known as a well-organized event, led by friendly people, and held at great venues; such as the Kearney SportsPlex, Ernest Grundy Tennis Center, Harmon Park Swimming Pool, Meadowlark Hills Golf Course, the Big Apple Fun Center, various Kearney Public Schools and City Parks facilities. The Nebraska Senior Games is “open” to out-of-state residents, meaning not only local Kearney residents and Nebraskans are experiencing the games and community, but so are others that participate from other states!
Come and play at the Nebraska Senior Games! Competition never gets old!
The 2026 Games will take place on August 5th - 9th in Kearney. More information and registration can be found online at NebraskaSeniorGames.com
